About the work

Our work with Redbrick set out to solve a fundamental challenge.

Redbrick is one of the North’s leading interiors destinations, home to more than 40 premium brands. The in-store experience is expansive, inspiring and genuinely different, but its digital presence didn’t reflect that.

So we rebuilt it from the ground up.

We shifted the strategy away from product-led content and into experience-led storytelling, showing Redbrick as a place to explore, discover and spend time, not just shop.

Our entire strategy laddered up to the core objective: turning social attention into real-world visits.

The Strategy

We structured the approach across three continuous phases:

  1. Reframe perception. Position Redbrick as a destination, not a retail park. Showcase scale, atmosphere and variety.
  2. Build desire. Create repeatable content formats that help audiences imagine the experience for themselves.
  3. Drive footfall. Use events, collaborations and paid media to convert interest into in-store visits.

Alongside this, we rebuilt the Instagram presence entirely, deleting all the previous content and starting afresh. We also developed a premium visual identity and created a scalable content system that could support over 40 independent retailers under one brand narrative.

The Results

The results speak for themselves.

  • 50,400 new followers in 12 months
  • 1.3 million accounts reached
  • 249,700 profile visits
  • 171,400 website and direction taps
  • +15% increase in store footfall

Customers referenced specific Reels in-store, and influencer visits translated into real footfall. 

Social didn’t just support the business, it drove it.
